Within 30 days from the date of purchase
Jewellery can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher that is equivalent to the invoice amount of the items purchased.
Only one time exchange is allowed.
After 30 days till the end of 1 Year from the date of purchase
- Jewellery can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery only.
- Exchange will be processed after the deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of original invoice amount that was purchased earlier.
- The value of the selected Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.
After 1 year from the date of purchase
- Jewellery can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher.
- The amount for gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange.
- The cost will be calculated after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non gold components.
- Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged after the valuation of the old Jewellery according to the market value of the material content.
- The value of the selected Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.
