Return and Refund Policy

Note: This below Return Policy will not included for customized jewellery

Within 30 days from the date of purchase 

Jewellery can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher that is equivalent to the invoice amount of the items purchased.

Only one time exchange is allowed.

After 30 days till the end of 1 Year from the date of purchase

• Jewellery can be exchanged for diamond Jewellery only.
• Exchange will be processed after the deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of original invoice amount that was purchased earlier.
• The value of the selected Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.

After 1 year from the date of purchase

• Jewellery can be exchanged either for diamond Jewellery, or a gift voucher.
• The amount for gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange.
• The cost will be calculated after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non gold components.
• Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged after the valuation of the old Jewellery according to the market value of the material content.
• The value of the selected Jewellery should be more than the value of the Jewellery for exchange.

Packaging

• Every jewellery package from Tamara Jewellery which arrives to you is beautifully packaged in signature Tamara packaging.
• Your item will be delivered to you in a beautiful Tamara Jewellery box and bag along with the relevant certificates.
